CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots, in bite size pieces (1)
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Fat Free Chicken Broth (1)
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 Tbls. Chicken Bouillon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Batch Homemade Noodles (8)
  • 6 ounces Chicken, cut up (6)

Directions

  • Put first 7 ingredients in large soup pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until carrots are tender. Bring to a boil again and add noodles, stir often to avoid sticking together. When noodles are done, add Chicken and heat. Awesome!
  • Batch = 16 POINTS
  • Servings = 10 – 1 Cup Servings
