1 glass bottle of beer (no paper labels)
1 Frying Chicken
Kosher Salt/Sea Salt
Drink a bottle of beer.
The bottle should not have a paper label i.e. Corona.
Fill the bottle 3/4 with tap water
Gut and clean the chicken and give it a nice salt coating inside and out.
Sprinkle some basil and parsley.
Stick the bottle of beer up the bird's butt and place it in a baking dish so the bottle is upright.
Cook approximately 20 minutes/lb and enjoy.
The water keeps the bird moist giving you a juicey bird.
Note: The bottle will still have a decent amount of water left in it so be careful when you take it out.
