Delicious home-cooked, chicken parmigiana is a lot easier than you may have imagined. All you need are some basic ingredients and 20 minutes to become a master chef of this popular Italian dish.


  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs
  • parmesan cheese
  • thinly cut chicken breasts
  • olive oil, tomato sauce
  • shredded italian cheese mix


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
  • Mix 1 cup of breadcrumbs with 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese in a bowl
  • Dip chicken in eggs
  • Dip chicken in breadcrumbs
  • Fry chicken for one and a half minutes on each side
  • Lay chicken out on paper towels to drain off excess oil
  • Fill pan with sauce
  • Add chicken on top of sauce
  • Pour the rest of the sauce on top of the chicken
  • Cover chicken with shredded cheese
  • Bake for 10 minutes
