Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
2 boneless chicken breast cut in half (4 pcs.)
1 T. lemon juice
Beat together egg & lemon juice
In a plastic bag, mix:
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 T. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 t. paprika
1 T. parsley
In a large skillet melt 1/2 stick butter.
Meanwhile, dip chicken in egg mixture and then one by one add to bag to coat with flour mixture.
Place in skillet and brown on both sides.
Remove from pan.
Next dissolve 2 cubes of chicken boullion in 2 T. lemon juice, 1/2 c. boiling water.
Add to drippings in the skillet.
Return the chicken to skillet and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
