Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken
* 1/3 cup butter
* 1/3 cup flour
* Salt & pepper (to taste)
* 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
* 2/3 cup milk
* 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
* 4 peeled & cut potatoes
* 1 package small biscuits


Cook Chicken, Set Aside


Melt butter in pot.


Blend in Flour.


Add Salt and Pepper.


Cook over low heat until it bubbles. Remove from heat.


Stir in Chicken Broth and Milk. Increase flame and heat to boil, stirring constantly. Mixture will thicken.


Add meat, frozen vegetables, and cut potatoes, stirring between each.


Put in 2-Quart Baking Dish. Bake at 425 degrees until potatoes are done (around 1 hour).


Add small biscuits, and bake until light brown.

Notes

I love this recipe. I make it all the times but I use a can of cresent rolls instead of biscuits.
