- 1 can of prepared chicken breast
- 1 T. of taco seasoning
- 1/2 c. water
- 10" flour tortilla
- shredded Mexican blend cheese.
Take 1 can of prepared chicken breast, 1 T. of taco seasoning, and 1/2 c. water and microwave it about 3 minutes. Stir well. Spread about 1/4 chicken mix on a 10" flour tortilla, top with shredded Mexican blend cheese. You could add onions and peppers if you wanted at this point. Put another 10" tortilla on top. Using the griddle plates of a panini grill, heat to medium high and press the quesadilla for about 2 minutes. If you don't have a panini grill, you can use a hot skillet and flip it over to brown both sides. Put your dipping items into small sauce dishes. We used sour cream and salsa.
