- 8 small chicken breasts, boneless
- 16-oz can of sauerkraut( used packaged type in the dairy section)
- 4 slices of swiss cheese( used imported)
- 8-oz thousand Island dressing (eye balled amount)
- 1 Tbs chopped parsley
Oven set at 375. Arranhe the chicken pieces in one layer in a 9x13" dish.
Rinse the sauerkraut and squeeze dry. Sprinkle over the chicken. Cut the cheese slices. Top the kraut with the dressing and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for 40 minutes covered~
