4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (grilled and cut into cubes)
1 pound Rigatoni pasta (cooked and drained)
1 red, yellow, and green pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 small onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 can black olives (drained)
1 can sliced mushrooms (drained)
2 cans Hunts Sauce
1 pint heavy cream
6 tablespoons butter
Grill chicken and cut into small cubes. Cook pasta according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in pot. Add cut up peppers and onions, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 5 minutes on Med High heat. Add black olives and mushrooms and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Hunts sauce and heavy cream. Cook for about 5 more minutes. Add cut up chicken and stir. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, parsley, and grated cheese to taste. Pour over cooked/drained rigatoni and enjoy!
