CHICKEN SALAD W/HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • dash of dried rosemary

Directions

  • Combine chicken, apples, walnuts, and celery; set aside.
  • Combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and rosemary. Gently stir into chicken mixture.
  • Cover and chill. To serve, spoon onto lettuce-lined plates.
