CHICKEN SALAD W/HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- dash of dried rosemary
- Combine chicken, apples, walnuts, and celery; set aside.
- Combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and rosemary. Gently stir into chicken mixture.
- Cover and chill. To serve, spoon onto lettuce-lined plates.
