6 to 8 boned, skinless chicken breasts
2 cubes butter or margarine
1 egg, well beaten
garlic salt to taste
2 to 3 cups white wine
1-1/2 tsp. minced parsley
Dip chicken in egg and flour and brown in one cube of melted butter. Starting with one cube of clean butter, add garlic salt, parsley and white wine to make sauce for chicken. Pour sauce over browned chicken breasts.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Note: Sauce should be about one inch deep in pan. Vary wine amounts to maintain right amount of liquid. Baste chicken as it cooks. Serves 4.
