30 oz. Chicken Broth
2 lbs. Chicken, cooked
15 oz. can of Black Beans, rinsed and drained
10 oz. canned Diced Tomatoes with green chiles, drained
1 can of Corn or 2 cups. frozen corn
1 tbsp. fresh Parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
You can use leftover chicken or cook 2 lbs of chicken breast.
In a large pot, add all of your ingredients including the cooked chicken.
Cover with a lid and set on medium for 40 minutes.
