Chicken Spinach Lasagna
1 large can cream of mushroom
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 pk of halved chicken breast
1 pk of lasagna noodles
1 bunch fresh spinach
1 can of mushrooms
3/8 of onion diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1. In a pan bring water to a boil and cook lasagna noodles
2. In a skillet put oil and chicken. Cook the chicken.
3. In a pan combine Parmesan cheese, cream of mushroom, and heavy cream. Cook on low to a slight boil.
4. In a pan add onion, garlic and mushrooms cook til onions are soft and add the chicken.
In the pan
Coat bottom with sauce then add a layer of noodles
Add 1/2 ricotta cheese
Half chicken mixture
Half the sauce mixture
New layer of noodles then repeat above
Then add a top layer of noodles and remaining sauce on top remaining mozzarella cheese and cook in oven for hour on 350.
Once brown on top cut and serve.
