CHICKEN TACOS
Chicken Tacos
Healthier alternative to beef.
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 15min
- Servings: 2-4 people
- Preparation Time: 10min
- 1 pkg ground chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 tbsp dehydrated onions
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- S&P
- Soft taco shells
- 2 tomatoes -- diced
- 2 cups romaine/mixed green lettuce - finely chopped
- 1 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded
- sour cream -- 1 - 2 tbsp per taco (to taste)
- Salsa -- 2 - 3 tbsp per taco (to taste)
DIRECTIONS
Sautee onion
Add ground chicken and brown with spices
Warm taco shells on a baking sheet in 350'C oven, careful not to let them get crispy or burn
Fill warmed taco shells with layers of lettuce, meat, cheese, salsa and a dollop of sour cream
Enjoy!
