CHICKEN TACOS

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg ground chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp dehydrated onions
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • S&P
  • Soft taco shells
  • 2 tomatoes -- diced
  • 2 cups romaine/mixed green lettuce - finely chopped
  • 1 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded
  • sour cream -- 1 - 2 tbsp per taco (to taste)
  • Salsa -- 2 - 3 tbsp per taco (to taste)

Directions

  • Sautee onion
  • Add ground chicken and brown with spices
  • Warm taco shells on a baking sheet in 350'C oven, careful not to let them get crispy or burn
  • Fill warmed taco shells with layers of lettuce, meat, cheese, salsa and a dollop of sour cream
  • Enjoy!

Healthier alternative to beef.
