Why I Love This Recipe

Healthier alternative to beef.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 pkg ground chicken
1 onion
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp dehydrated onions
1/2 tbsp chili powder
S&P
Soft taco shells
2 tomatoes -- diced
2 cups romaine/mixed green lettuce - finely chopped
1 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded
sour cream -- 1 - 2 tbsp per taco (to taste)
Salsa -- 2 - 3 tbsp per taco (to taste)


Directions

Sautee onion


Add ground chicken and brown with spices


Warm taco shells in 350'C, careful not to let them get crispy or burn


Fill warmed taco shells with layers of lettuce, meat, cheese, salsa and a dollop of sour cream


Enjoy!
