¼ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup skim milk
2 Tablespoons sherry
1 package spaghetti (cooked and drained)
2 cups cooked turkey or chicken
1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms
2 ½ cup portions of parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350°.
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Cook over low heat until the mixture is bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in broth and skim milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly over medium heat.
Stir in sherry, spaghetti, chicken, mushrooms, and cheese.
Use Pam spray on 2 quart casserole and pour mixture into casserole and sprinkle with the rest of cheese.
Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes until bubbly.
Broil briefly to brown the top.
