Chicken Tortilla Casserole
2 Tbsp chicken broth or water
8oz carton sour cream or plain yogurt
10 3/4oz can cream of mushroom soup
16oz jar chunky salsa (spicy to taste)
12 flour tortillas, cut into strips
4 cups diced, cooked, chicken or turkey
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1. Grease a 9" x 13" baking pan. Spoon broth into baking pan.
2. Mix together sour cream, mushroom soup, and salsa.
3. Layer 1/3 of tortilla strips, 1/3 of chicken, 1/3 of soup mixture, and 1/3 of cheese in baking pan. Repeat 2 times.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
