Chicken Wings

Ingredients

-Chicken (wing are preferable, but this recipe works for any chicken with the bone in).
-Sauce (if you are going to to make it the more healthy way put sauce in with the chicken bake it and that is all-->BBQ sauce, hot sauce, soy or faux soy sauce for a more oriental taste)
(The less healthy way uses the same sauces, but butter is added to sauce. My preference is 1/3 butter to 2/3 sauce is added for this recipe).


-For more healthy put raw chicken and sauce in foil in oven at 375 until desired texture is achieved. This can also be done in a BBQ.



-For less healthy way fry in olive oil.


-Then add sauce and butter to fried chicken.




Faux Soy Sauce (2 Ice cubes of Paleo Beef Bouillon, or 4 tablespoons


4 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar (MSG free)


2 teaspoons dark molasses


¼ teaspoon ground ginger


⅛ teaspoon white ground pepper


⅛ teaspoon garlic powder


1½ cups water


Instructions


In a saucepan, put in JUST ONE CUP of water to give you a visual idea of the level the liquid will be at when reduced to the right level.


Now add the remaining ½ cup of water and combine all the remaining ingredients.


Cook uncovered over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil; reduce until it reaches the level you initially had with just the cup of water.


Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week. Freeze the remainder in ice cube trays in a clearly labeled bag for longer-term storage.)

Notes

You can make these either the healthy or the unhealthy way. Fry them up in olive oil for the least healthy way, or bake them in the oven with the chosen sauce for the more healthy way (easier clean up especially when using aluminum foil).
