Chicken a la Robin
frozen chicken tenderloins
Mushrooms -- sauteed in bacon grease or butter
onions -- sauteed
Fry the tenderloins in butter, sprinkling onion powder and garlic powder as you turn them. Heat through. (I placed the chicken in a glass baking dish and spread them out). When chicken is done start layering sauteed onions
and garlic, crispy cooked bacon, sauteed mushrooms and pepperjack cheese, cover
with plastic wrap and place in microwave to melt cheese and heat chicken a little more.
