CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE
Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
- 1 bag stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
DIRECTIONS
Melt margarine and mix with stuffing mix. Place one layer of stuffing on bottom of baking pan. Add 1/2 chicken. Mix cream of mushroom soup and a canful of broth. Cover chicken with soup mixture. Add another layer of stuffing and remaining chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup with a canful of broth. Cover chicken with soup mixture. Spread remaining stuffing over chicken. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
