- Cooking Time:

- 1 Chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 Can whole tomatoes
- 1 can Pineapple chunks
- 1/2 C celery
- 1/4 C Soy Sauce
- 1 T Worsteshire sauce
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1/3 C vinegar
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- I think this was one of her throw it all together in an electric skillet (20-30 minutes) or crockpot and let it simmer until done.
- Turning the chicken and a couple of stirs required.
- Serve over rice.
