Chicken with Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, trimmed and kept whole or cut into strips or chunks
1 can chicken broth, separated
4-8 cloves garlic
Red pepper flakes
1.5 tbs flour
2 tsp white wine
4 oz cream cheese


Sautee garlic and red pepper flakes in olive oil until garlic is soft but not browned.


Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Sautee until brown on all sides. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.


Combine white wine and flour and add to pan, stirring to removed brown bits from bottom of pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and replace chicken and simmer 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.


Remove chicken from pan. Add in cream cheese, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly. Adjust seasoning as needed. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve
