Chicken with Honey
1 cup up fryer
1/2 c honey
1/2 c prepared mustard
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
4-5 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. curry or cinnamon
Place chicken pieces, skin side up in swallow baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 minutes.
Baste with pan drippings.
Continue baking for 20 minutes more or until tender, basting occasionally.
Cook down remaining sauce until thickened and serve with chicken, over rice if desired.
