- Chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons water
- Pierce chicken pieces thoroughly.
- Place all ingredients in gallon zip lock bag so that it can be turned periodically, and then you can just toss the bag! Marinate overnight. (We like to marinade for a long time to make things more flavorful.)
