Why I Love This Recipe

This beautiful combination of vegetables and aromatic herbs with chickpeas gives us a rich dish which can be served as a main dish as well.


Ingredients You'll Need

10.5 oz thick chickpeas
3 Florina peppers (cut into small cubes)
3 spring onions-(thinly sliced)
1tbsp fresh oregano
9.6 tbsp olive oil
1tbsp dill
ground black pepper
salt
7 oz grilled mushrooms (cut into strips)
3.2 tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp mustard
