1 Tbsp olive oil
2 carrots, sliced
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
2 cayenne peppers, sliced (or 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper)
12 oz lean sirloin steak, sliced thin
1/4 cup House of Tsang Classic Stir-Fry Sauce
4 cups cooked brown rice
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over high heat.
Toss in carrots and broccoli and cook until tender.
Add the peppers and beef, and continue cooking until meat is done.
Serve over rice.
