Chili, I always get RAVE reviews on this recipe

Serves 4 | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

2lbs steak (pick up something lean that you cut up yourself)
1 large onion (chop it finely)
1 8oz can corn
2 8oz cans kidney beans (you can use whatever, but I like kidney beans)
1 bay leaf
2 large tomatoes (chop finely)
1 cup water
1 8oz can tomato paste
1 beef boulion cube
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS onion powder
1/2 TBS smoked paprika
1 TBS worcester sauce
2 TBS brown sugar
1/2 TBS chili powder
1/2 TBS chili flakes
1/2 TBS pepper
1 TBS salt
celantro (must be fresh, probably 1 cup if you just leave it fluffy but chopped)
basil (fresh is better, probably 1/2 cup if you leave it fluffy but chopped)
approximately 15-20 dark chocolate chips


cut up beef in small/ small bites, cook throughly in some oil, don't drain once cooked, just add all the ingredents. You must wash the corn/ beans before you add it to the pot, but everything else you can just dump in. Add more water if you need it, and more spices if you need it. I have never really measured the ingredients just an approximation on my part. Let everything sit together for a least 1 hour, obviously the longer the better. You can also add tobasco sauce + more heat to it
