Chili Chicken Salad
3 cup cooked chicken, cut in large chunks
1 cup celery, diagonally sliced
3 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1/2 cup stuffed green olives,
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp chili sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix chicken, celery and olives together in a bowl. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and chili sauce and add to chicken mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on lettuce leaf and garnish with wedges of tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs.
