Ingredients

  • velveeta cheese (1/2 of big size), cubed
  • 1-2 cups of pico de gallo
  • or 1 can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilis

Directions

  • combine over low heat in sauce pan, stir often until melted
  • eat with tortilla chips
  • double delicious in a bowl with guacamole in the bottom
