8 oz. block of Philly Cream Cheese (at room temp)
1 can of Hormels Chili (no beans)
8 oz. of monterey jack cheese, shredded
Spread Cream Cheese in the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate.
Spread chili on top of cream cheese and cover with shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 until cheese is melted and chili starts to bubble.
Serve with tortilla chips
