CHILI CON QUESO

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pasteurized, processed cheese, cubed
  • 1- 10 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies, NOT drained
  • 1 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tsp. ground coriander
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 3/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • green onion strips
  • hot pepper slices

Directions

  • Combine all except onion & pepper slices in slow cooker. Cook on low 2-3 hours. Garnish with strips.
