CHILI

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic chopped,
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1-2 hot peppers diced
  • 1 box frozen sweet corn
  • olive oil
  • 1 can each red kidney beans, black beans and white kidney beans with liquid,
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes,
  • 2oz unsweetened chocolate
  • handfull of cilantro chopped
  • chili powder, ground cuimin, salt, pepper, and cyanne powder to taste

Directions

  • 4 cloves garlic chopped,

  • 1 can each red kidney beans, black beans and white kidney beans with liquid,
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes,
  • 2oz unsweetened chocolate
  • handfull of cilantro chopped
  • chili powder, ground cuimin, salt, pepper, and cyanne powder to taste
  • take the onion, garlic, pepper and corn, toss with a few tablespoons of olive oil, and then roast in the oven until browned, stirring occasionally
  • cook the tomatoes and beans, add the corn mixture, and toss in the rest of the ingredients. I'm not the greatest at measuring spices. cumin makes it taste earthier. I like my chili to be pretty spicy. sometimes i like using chick peas instead of white beans.
