CHILLI TOFU

Ingredients

  • • ½ Bowl Tofu /Paneer, Cubes
  • • 1 Medium Sized Onion, Sliced
  • • 1 Large Green Capsicum, Thinly Sliced
  • • 1 Small Sized Tomato, Diced
  • • 3-4 Green Chillies ,Chopped
  • • ½ tsp Ginger Paste
  • • ½ tsp Garlic Paste
  • • ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • • 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder
  • • 1-2 tbsp Green Bell Peppers
  • • 1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
  • • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds (for Garnishing)
  • • 1 Bunch Green Onion( for Garnishing)
  • • Water as required
  • • Oil for fry
  • • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute onion over a high heat. Add garlic-ginger paste, capsicum, bell peppers and tomato. Toss well
  • Step 2: Add tofu or paneer in to the mixture and Stir it. Then add soya sauce, turmeric powder, black pepper, chilli sauce and green chillies .Cook frequently for few minutes
