Chinese Beefy Rice Bake
1 large sirloin steak, cubed
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups sliced celery with leaves
1 lg onion, diced
2 - 4oz cans sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of chicken-rice soup
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup wild rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 lg can Chinese noddles
1/2 cup chopped black olives
Brown steak in butter in skillet.
Add celery, onion, and mushrooms, mixing well.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Add soups, almonds, rice and water, mixing well.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over Chinese noodles and top with olives.
