- 1 bag cabbage, shredded
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 jar sesame seeds
- 2 pkg chicken top ramen
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- flavor packets from top ramen
- Heat oven to 350° f. Spread Almonds and sesame seeds out on a cookie sheet and brown in oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
- Combine cabbage, green onions, browned almonds and sesame seeds and broken apart ramen noodles in a serving bowl.
- Combine sugar, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, pepper and flavor packets from chicken top ramen. Mix thoroughly. Pour over salad just prior to serving.
