Why I Love This Recipe
The first time I made this I had shredded the cabbage and saw a cat in my garden. I banged on the window to scare the cat away and broke the inner pane of glass into my cabbage. Rather than throw it away I filled my sink with water and swished the cabbage to get the glass to sink to the bottom off the cabbage. Must have gotten it all.
