5 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced 2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced 2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced 2 carrots, julienned 6 green onions, chopped
6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons fresh ginger root, minced
1½ tablespoons garlic, minced
1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl; whisk together.
2. Mix the cabbages, red bell pepper, carrots, and green onions in a large bowl.
3. Toss with the dressing just before serving.
