Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken

Directions

  • Bring large pot of water to full rolling boil
  • Place chicken in boiling water and remove when water stops boiling
  • Bring water back to full rolling boil
  • Return chicken to water
  • Remove pot from heat
  • Let stand 45 minutes
  • Remove chicken and bone
