INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 60:00
  • Preparation Time: 5:00
  • 1 whole chicken
    •

DIRECTIONS

Bring large pot of water to full rolling boil


Place chicken in boiling water and remove when water stops boiling


Bring water back to full rolling boil


Return chicken to water


Remove pot from heat


Let stand 45 minutes


Remove chicken and bone
