Chinese-style Fajita Grilled Steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine
1/2 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp ginger, peeled and minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 gallon size recloseable bag
2 to 3 lb flank steak, trimmed
cooking oil for grill
Mix first 7 ingredients in baggie. Put steak in bag and refrigerate overnight.
Brush grill with oil.
Remove steak from marinade and grill for 6 to 10 minutes, turning once. Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice across the grain and serve.
