Chipolte Chicken Kabobs
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
Bell Peppers, one each of orange, yellow, red, green, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Onion half, cut in half, then cut into 4 sections
1 pk small whole mushroom, cleaned
1 bottle Baja Chipolte marinade
Marinate chicken in marnate for 30 minutes in frig. Soak wooden skires in water for 30 minutes.
Alternate mushrooms, onion, peppers and chicken on skires. Place back in marinate and keep in frig until you are ready to grill. Grill til done.
