Chipolte Chuck Roast
1 beef chuck roast
1 jar of whole chipolte peppers in adobe sauce, or as many as you can stand
slivers of garlic
1/2 cup water
Cut some slits in roast and insert garlic slivers. Place beef in crockpot. Dump peppers and all of the adobe sauce on top. Crock on low for 12 hours.
For serving, just slice and serve, or shred and make sub sandwiches.
