CHIPOLTE MAC & CHEESE PIE
Chipolte Mac & Cheese Pie
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 6-8
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup uncooked macaroni
- 2 1/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup baking mix
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Chipolte pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie pan. Mix 2 cups cheese and the macaroni. Sprinkle in pan. Beat remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
