Ingredients

3 red bell peppers
3 green bell peppers
3 chipolte peppers
6 1/2 C sugar
1 1/2 c vinegar
1 bottle Certo


remove seeds and grind peppers in food chopper. Combine sugar, vinegar and


peppers-- Cook for 7 min. Cool 2 min. and add Certo. Pour into hot


sterilized jars and seal
