Chipotle Baked Chicken
2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, rinsed
2/3 cup corn flakes crumbled
2 tsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp paprika
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp chipotle chili pepper powder
Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
Pour into gallon baggie.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, then drop each breast into gallon baggie to coat with seasoning.
Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
Always throw away any remaining mixture and bag once you have dipped raw chicken in it.
