1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. "tex-mex" chili seasoning
2 tsp. chipotles in adobe sauce
1/4 c. beer of choice (we use Sam Adams)
Split open peppers, removed seeds, and finely chop.
Mix together ground beef, chili seasoning, chopped chipotle peppers, and beer.
Grill and serve (we top with pepper jack cheese, tomato, avocado, and chipotle mayo).
