1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 small dried chipotle pepper, seeded and crushed or 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
In small bowl stir together coriander, paprika, black pepper, chipotle pepper, and red pepper. Rub onto meat. Grill. Makes enough for 2-1/2 pounds of meat.
