- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 T. butter
- 5 oz. ham, cubed
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 c. biscuit/baking mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 t. dill weed
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 3 T. minced chives
- Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in ham & tomato; set aside. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix & water; mix well. Press onto the bottom and a half inch up the sides of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Spread ham mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, dill, salt and pepper; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with chives.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
