Chivitos - Uruguayan sandwich

Serves 1 | Prep Time 15 -20 | Cook Time 20

Ingredients

Cooked Beef with ham, mozzarella cheese, egg and bacon on top, accompanied with tomato, lettuce, on a sub roll. You can ask for extra - fried eggs, palm hearts, onion slices, olives, mushrooms, any thing your heart desires.
Mayonaisse or Mustard


Cook thinly slices of beef and Ham, on a grill.


Cook bacon slices (you can use 2 - 4, depending how much you like)


Boil the egg, or fry, or scramble, whichever is your preference.


Cook mushrooms, or if you prefer, eat fresh


Take the sub roll, and melt butter on it, and spread


Layer with mayonaisse, or mustard on both sides.


Start layering with beef, ham, egg, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella, bacon, and whatever else you desire. enjoy!

This was my favorite sandwich when I went to South America for the first time. Its very easy to make.
