- 6 Tbs butter
- 6 oz bittersweet/semisweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease/line 8 muffin cups.
- Combine butter and chocolate and melt. Stir in sugars. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla and flour.
- Pour into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
