Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake I
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
1-1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups chocolate chips, melted and cooled
1/3 cup cold coffee
1 cup sour cream
Mix pecans, cookies and butter together; press into a greased springform pan. Drizzle with chocolate; chill.
Combine ingredients for filling; blend until smooth. Pour filling into crust; bake at 300ºF for one hour. Reduce heat to 275ºF and bake for one hour; reduce heat to 250ºF and bake 30 minutes longer. Cool.
