1 ½ c. chocolate wafer cookies
¾ c. melted butter
½ c. melted chocolate chips
Filling: 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. brown sugar, packed
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ c. melted chocolate chips, cooled
1/3 cup cold brewed coffee
1 c. sour cream
Topping: 1/3 c. whipped cream
½ c. melted chocolate chips
Directions
Mix pecans, cookies, and butter and press into greased spring form pan.
Drizzle wit chocolate and chill.
Blend all filling ingredients until smooth.
Pour filling into crust; bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to 275 and bake 2 hour, reduce heat to 250 and bake 30 minutes more.
Cool completely.
Blend chocolate and whipped cream until smooth and creamy and drizzle over cake.
