Chocolate Caramel Crinkle Bites

Misc. Dessert  Snack  Sweet 

• -1 Large Jar Caramel Topping (Like for ice cream)
• -1 11 oz. Pkg. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
• - 10 oz. Rice Krispies cereal

*Ever had one of those "Little Debbie" Star-Crunches? I was really craving one like a flashback from my childhood the other day, LOL (My mom used to include them in my lunches as a kid)- But the store was out of them!!! So, I came up with some ingredients that I thought would create a homemade Star-Crunch- They turned out great!

INGREDIENTS:

-1 Large Jar Caramel Topping (Like for ice cream)

-1 11 oz. Pkg. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

- 10 oz. Rice Krispies cereal

DIRECTIONS:

1.) Combine Chips and Caramel in a micro-wave safe bowl. Melt in microwave at 30- second intervals, stirring.

2.) Add Rice Krispies to melted mixture and stir well.

3.) Place mixture either onto a large wax-lined cookie sheet to make into bars, Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheet OR add to cupcake liners to create individual treats that are easy to transport! (AS PICTURED)
